    Paint Program


    Not sure if this is the correct thread for this question so sorry if not:
    I got this new computer and just started using the paint program. Well the strange things is what I open a fresh page to copy and past to it opens in annoying grid and I need it to be a blank page. I cant figure out how to change the settings. Please advise.
    Not only does it open a page with a grid design but when I copy and past a screen shot the grid is there and covers the screen shot in a grid

    Hi dam1120 and welcome to W7 Forums

    Click on the View tab and then uncheck (remove the tick) Gridlines.

In the old paint versions you can go to the Image menu and change the Attributes, which allows you to adjust the picture by the pixel dimensions. Basically like cropping but you can enter in the exact dimensions of the picture in pixels that you want. Is there any way to do this with the new paint?...

In windows 7 prof. (64 bit) I do not have a place to choose to insert the printscreen. there are two choices. It allows me to go to a file and get it. It does not allow me to paste the clipboard. anyone know how to do this? I am thinking that perhaps the printscreen key itself needs to be...
