    Snip not working

    If the snipping tool stopped working fairly recently you might be able to do a system restore. Or run a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (sfc /scannow) in case you have damaged or corrupt system files. You could also try a repair install or a clean install but I really wouldn't recommend it in this case. In the alternative, you might find this free tool a viable replacement.

    Yeah I think I might even have to resort to a repair reinstall marsmimar I have the Jing thing but have yet to master using it,

    sfc comes up no violations I am beginning to suspect that there must be or have been a conflict between the HDD I keep in for data as it has the original OS installed on it - and was one of two that I originally used in the machine.

    He he thats about the size of it LOL!!

    Thanks BB think I have just found how to do it - the resizing that is I'll have a go now.
    Piece of my wallpaper so now I'm ok woo hoo!!
