Easy Tune6 Will Not Load After Bootup Without Accepting

Every time I boot up I get the dialog box asking if I want to allow a program to make changes to the system. The program is Easy Tune6 (build2008.11.24) and I got it off of the Motherboard installation CD.

Is there a way to make 7 allow it without my having to accept it every time?

Try running it in compatibility mode with the OS its designed for as follows :
To Run program in compatibility mode - right click the shortcut to the program or find it in program files and do likewise - click properties - click compatibility - check run in compatibility with vista/xp etc - check run as administrator - leave the rest blank. Close and Start the program.
I guess you could remove the program from startup if the above has no effect - see if there is an entry here first - click start - all programs - startup folder and see if its there and remove it - this will just stop it loading at startup.
If its not there click start and in search type msconfig click the result - click startup
    and deselect the program.

I didn't care for easy tune. I take it you are running a gigabyte ultra durable board. Good board choice but that software is about as useful as a lead life jacket.

Agreed with the above. That software is useless. Plus, overclocking it done better VIA the registy.

And there are many better 3rd party programs to monitor Temps, fan speed etc.

You should do some searching around the net for a good desktop gadget that monitors fans and temps. It would be much easier than installing an app to do the job. Right now I have a network bandwidth meter and cpu/ram usage gadget on my desktop and I have to say it sure is nice to just be able to look over at my second monitor to see what is going on even while in a full screen game.

As long as you are content with monitoring there are a lot of alternatives. When it comes to regulating the fan speeds things turn a whole lot trickier. The only alternative I've been able to find to ET is Speedfan which can be a PITA to configure. Anyone know of better alternatives?

It probably does, at least mine does. The problem for me is how its done. My fans go up and down all the time, responding to the smallest of temperature changes. Very annoying.
