downloaders won't connect with master server

i'm trying to download some poker software, in order to do this i'm supposed to grab small file from www and it has to connect with master server, get rest of the file and install it. on every platform i tried (titanpoker, everest, poker770, unibet) there's a message saying: cannot connect to master download server. either you internet connection is not functioning or the master download server is busy. i have turned off my antivirus and firewall (also windows firewall). my connection is ok, roommates have installed software easily+when i moved to another place still couldn't connect. ports seems to be blocked? how to fix this?

list of my processes:
