Way To Lock Folder View To "Tiles"?

Well, I've been fiddling around through my settings and I'm wondering if there is a way to lock the Folder View? I heavily prefer the "tiles" format when viewing folders and I would like if there was a way to set that as a default viewing style for every/any folder (including new folders upon creation).

It's not too big of a deal to change it upon creating new folders but it'd add a bit more ease if I could lock it to that specific view.

Library Question: Can I integrate the "Arrange by Folder" view?
Hello, I have created a library called "America" and put 4 folders into it: "East", "West", "North" and "South". Each of these regional folders (real folders, not libraries) contains a separate folder for each state in that region. Thus, the "West" folder contains folders called...
