Windows 7: needs someone who knows about after effects cs5 by adobe! help

So for After effects cs5 by adobe if you import a video file but then change the file name or folder it was in after effects loses the data from it and therefore cannot render it. So i changed my main effects file from like "fire, explosions, blah, blah,blah" to "effects" forgetting that i cannot do that so now my AE cannot load the required video files for my project!
My ideas for finding my old file name:
1. Anyway of searching through the properties of my effects folder for the old name?
2. Looking at the files already in AE and seeing if they say a file of origin?

So main problem, How do i find my old file name to rename to that!?
