Need Help fixing Visual Studio 2010 Express issue

So as of yesterday Visual Studio 2010 Express Edition doesn't work. I downloaded the DirectX June 2010 SDK hoping I could learn a little DirectX and port my game from XNA to DirectX. But after I installed Direct X and Visual Studio C++ 2010 Express and the Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1 Update everything stopped working. So I uninstalled everything that had to do with C++, C#, XNA, and DirectX thinking if I reinstall everything it world work. So I reinstall everything and I get an error that says Error Loading Dll. I get this error when I try to create new projects or load projects in Visual Studios or Windows Phone 7.1 SDK.

Usually when this happens, it is a bug within the system of the product. But I don't really think this... when did you first buy VS10? I would like to know otherwise i might not know how to fix the problem.

Since it wasn't a retail version you cannot run it without the proper code for it. Sorry.

But I haven't needed a code for VS Express before. All I had to do was go download it and install it. I think your thinking of VS 2010 Professional. The Express version is free to use, and doesn't require any activation code.
