Windows 7: Facing problem with SRS Audio essentials

Facing problem with SRS Audio essentials

i purchased a copy of SRS Audio Enhancement and am facing a problem with the setup.

i have logitech Z506 5.1 surround sound speakers, when not using SRS AE, the speakers are working fine, but when i switch on AE, the sound coming from the Right surround speaker is very less and all the sound is coming from Left surround speaker; Also most of the times the sound from the center speaker especially the dialogues get drowned out after playing for a few minutes.

i tested the setup based on dolby digital 5.1 test with and without SRS AE, when without AE, the sound is being transmitted from correct speakers, but when testing with SRS AE on, the SRS AE shows that the sound for right surround speaker is shown coming from sub woofer channel in the SRS audio Essential User Interface, the sound for left surround speaker is shown coming from right surround sound channel and the sound for sub-woofer is shown coming from Left surround sound channel.

PS: i have switched on TruVolume.

I have also updated the sound card drivers (Realtek HD on board); is SRS Audio Essentials incompatible with a 64 bit version of windows? I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit installed in my system.
