vIDE with Daemon Tools Pro Advanced

I'm having trouble adding a vIDE drive with my copy of Daemon Tools Pro Advanced. The add vIDE function is grayed out, I don't know how to add a vIDE. I already contacted the company, they said I need to enable it from Virtual Drive Management or something like that and I don't understand what's going on.

Anybody managed to get this feature working? I need it because my Modern Warfare CD I just have an image and I need vIDE to bypass the copy protection. Let me make it clear that I'm not doing anything illegal here, I have the original box of the game and the receipt of purchase. I can play the game online fine, just wanted to play the A-100 level so bad! My original CD is toast, it's a coaster for my drinks now.

Thank you. I hope you can help me fix this problem. I have no where else to ask.

PS. I'm running Windows 7 Pro MSDN-AA License.
