Hotspot Shield somehow disabled and I cannot change it

My teacher did something to my hotspot shield and now i cannot use it at all. I can't uninstall it or open it. My admin user has been denied permission (to the application) and i cannot change the permissions. Also, the config file in hotspot shield now has a lock over it, but it says that my admin account has full permission. I also cannot see any security information for any folders besides the config and the bin. When I try to change permissions for most things I get an error message that says, "Access is denied"
How can i make it so that my hotspot shield works again?

Sorry for poorly explaining my situation, I never really checked out the permissions for my hot spot shield folders so I don't know what all was changed.
