| | VLC Player Wont Play Blue Ray Discs. I cannot get VLC player to play Blue Ray discs, I have downloaded a file called libaacs.dll, and placed it in the VLC folder that is in the Roaming folder inside AppData but I still cannot get VLc to play Blue Rays discs. Any help would be appreciated. Regards AF |

A Guy I think the problem is that VLC player will play Blu Ray providing they are not in disc format. So if you have downloaded a Blu Ray torrent then VLC will play them, if you have bought a disc then VLC wont play them. Sony are buggers as they make you purchase either Coral Windvd pro 11, or Nero Platinum 11 for £60 each, and pay some royalties to Sony in the process. |

| | Hi BomberAF, If you are trying to make do with freeware ( in which case you have to gracefully accept any limitations with those  ) try MPC-Home Cinema Download Media Player Classic Home Cinema, Free Video Player Download with DVDFab Passkey Lite Passkey Lite -- Free and Lite version of Passkey for DVD & Blu-ray running in the background, to play your Blu-ray movies. |
