Windows 7: Create empty folders based on IMDB ?

Hello,

I am looking for a way to create or wirte a script that will create folders with movies title and date and save empty folder in my Hard drive ?

So Example:

C: My Documents
Movies
300
Cars
ect

Sure, a single DOS "for /f" loop using the mkdir command can do that for you... but you will need to supply the list of folder movie names in a text file.
