Windows 7: Cyberlink and Power ISO install errors

hello everybody,
i have been having this problem after i recently installed a new copy of windows 7 ... when i try to install cyberlink youcam 5 this error comes up saying " to install this product, make sure the language of your Windows user account is either the same as your operating system's language or is in english " i really need this software and i cant download a fresh copy because im afraid of the same problem happening again, according to my knowledge it might be because i added some characters to my user account by pressing alt+1 let me know if this is the case im not really sure .... also guys when i try to run the power iso setup an error pops up saying " NSIS Error ... Error launching installer " please guys help me with this.. Thank you very much in advance cause this has been a headache for me.....
