Have you downloaded and installed the Chinese Language Pack from Microsoft?

If you have, try the following steps:
    1. Go to Control Panel.
    2. Click "Change Display Language".
    3. Go to "Administrative".
    4. Click "Change System Locale"
    5. Select "Chinese (Simplified, Singapore)" and click OK.
    6. Reboot your system and see if it works.

That is what struck me about it - the people are so warm and friendly - never seen anything like it anywhere else in the world.

Actually, I not sure which country, the people there are very friendly too. They are tourist. They came here, Penang, Malaysia. There was once I'm going in the lift, then I saw the tourist coming in to the lift too, but when he saw me, he let me in first, so I thank him and smile at him.
    Well, I love it too/

Anyway, now my PC and read Chinese, thanks to chun96 :)
