Is this flash player plugin process an infection?

Please see attached pic. I never used to see these processes but now I do. I also think they are controlling volume in my browser, for certain sites, and I never needed to do that.

It looks like this is from a recent update for Flash, adding Sandboxing.
I just updated Flash to 11.3 and I see the "FlashPlayerPlugin_11_3..." processes.

Flash 10 plugin run slowly
hi, i recently installed win7 pro 64bit on my machine i ve installed latest flash player plugin but its too slow. audio goes fast out of syncro and video is quite laggy. ofc my pc is not "old" so obviously there is some sort of problem in my win7 :( any tips?
