Is there any calendar widget that takes up a big part of the desktop?

I want my desktop to have a permanent calendar on it, one that shows all the days of the month and if they have anything in them and maybe any other details of the current days schedule would be great. But really, I just need something bigger than windows live calendar that's really in my face.
