Adobe Flash Player choppy performance

I skimmed through some flash related threads but couldn't find answer to my issue.

I have no problem with flash video playback but performance, especially on larger flash apps (as in resolution), is very poor. I have a flash site, that I am working on at the moment, that plays perfectly smooth under Windows XP but gets choppy and slow in Windows 7. And I wasn't able to nail down the problem yet. I can't link to the flash file yet (well, I could since it is not in English anyway - but not at the moment) to show you what is the problematic flash but I noticed it happening in many Newgrounds.com flash games and movies as well. It either gets slow, choppy or both.

Did anyone get similar problem?

Choppy flash player movies
Hi I'm not sure when it started exactly but it's got too bad to ignore now. When watching embedded flash movies in Firefox they play out really stuttery and choppy. The audio is fine but the videos isn't smooth at all. I have Win 7 64-bit on a 2.53 dual core with 4Gb RAM so I don't think it's...
