Error in installing adobe photoshop cs3 on windows 7

I'm a mac user and few days ago, I installed windows 7 in my bootcamp. I installed the drivers and everything. It worked perfectly though, except for Adobe Photoshop CS3

I installed Photoshop. When I tried to run it, it opens but after the blue splash screen of Ps, an error always says "Could not initialize Photoshop because the file could not be found."

I tried to google it and I followed every step that I saw ("~twain", delete preferences, deleteing preferences in adobe preferences folder) but nothing worked. I also tried to reinstall it 10 times (because I really need to make it work) but the same thing happens.

Hopefully someone can help me. I really need to make it work.

A couple of things you need to do first.. Please fill in your system specs so we know what we're dealing with...Help us help you!
Also, type event viewer in the search box .. open the application section and see if there are any critical errors listed... please post them if there are..
Keep in mind that the use of Bootcamp does not mean that every windows program is going to function 100%.
