Over the top or delete previous version?

Have been pleased with Roxio Creator 11, but local shop is doing a deal on Roxio creator 12 PRO, do I have to uninstall Creator 11 or will Creator 12 go over the top.
Your thoughts most appreciated.

You should remove it in Programs and Features, and reboot before installing for best results....
