Can't scan with Paperport 12, have drivers installed

Hey guys,

Really don't understand this problem, for some reason on this install, Paperport is being a massive pain in the ass. Paperport recognizes my scanner (Xerox Documate 510) but gives me the following error when I choose the TWAIN or the WIA option:

Choosing advanced setup does nothing, and if I don't do that, this is what I get in the scanner options profiles and the scan button is greyed out.

I've done this many times before on other installs and I've never had issues; don't know what the hell is going on. If anyone could shed some clarity on the situation, I would greatly appreciate it.

Edit: The scanner works with the default Xerox "OneTouch" program, so it should be a Paperport issue.
