Windows 7: Free Windows Tuner - Is the program safe and real?

There is no damn tweak, tune, optimizer that does any good, much less is trustworthy. If it has the word tune in it, and and a damn checkbox that says "Tune Now".....it doesn't do anything. There is no one "fix it all" tuner/tweaker because everyone's pc is different, with different things installed, and different needs.

If resources are an issue, then there has to be things taking up resources in the background that would make something else not usable. Unless there is an insane amount of processes running, using a ton of ram and processor, there isn't a reason that a game won't run. Either that, or there's som issues on the build of your pc.

Grabbing every little windows fix-it that comes along and installing it is only going to cause more issues and potentially be unsafe in general, because you never know what it really does if you install it.

Remember the "Free up your ram" programs that were a complete lie? Same difference.
