Explorer++ finds strange Chinese characters - How to open them?
I used Explorer++ as a replacement to windows explorer. Tested it's search feature to look for a AT&T text file. It finds strange Chinese characters that Windows search doesn't find.

I have no idea why it found these or why they are on my system. I'd look at them in a text editor then copy and paste the contents to Google Translate to see what these documents say, but they are not click able. No location address is given for these files either.
How can I make these clickable and open them in an editor?
