Windows 7: Program error upon opening: MediaDB 1.5

Program error upon opening: MediaDB 1.5

I have been using MediaDB 1.5 for the last several weeks to catalog my book collection as I pack for a move. It has been working wonderfully until this morning. Today, after I entered an item and went to scroll down the list I got an error message saying that there was an invalid value in a page number field. I cleared the error and went to look for the invalid entry but could not scroll the list to find it. I saved my data and closed the program. Now, every attempt to open the program results in an immediate "MediaDB has stopped working... Windows is checking for a solution to the problem." This message disappears after 3-5 seconds but no solution is ever given and the program never opens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and have search the web for a solution to no avail. I am hoping that you can help me figure out how to get it working or at least how to retrieve my data so I don't lose several weeks worth of work.

As suggested in many other threads I went to the event viewer and the only thing there are failed attempts to send the problem to windows. I have copied the information to a file.

Any help would be awesome. It is going to suck if I have to start all over again.
