Unusual Software Request (If the first character is not ...)

I don't know if it exists, but I just wanted to ask.
I am trying to find files (needles in a haystack) which is out of pattern.

For example;

list if the fourth character is not (
list if the eight character is not )
etc.

This is about the file names.

Is there any software I can use for this for actions similar to this?

Thanks.
