i am using windows 7 and windows media player 12 and also windows live messenger latest version. Before a crash happen everything works fine, but now it stop displaying the songs i am listening to. I had double check both my msn and windows media player setting is correct, but still the same. Tried reinstall msn and also disable and re-enable windows media player but problem still there. Anyone experience this?

    Hi

I have the same computer. Can you type event viewer in the search bar, and go to the wondows log>application tab. Look for errors (lines with red in the left hand column). Type snipping tool in search and use it to make ascreenshot of the errors and upload them to us. You upload by using the paperclip icon in the reply.

Let us know if you need help with either of these

Are you using 64 bit wmp? if wmp is 32 bit, the exe name in taskmanager is "wmplayer.exe*32", if it's just wmplayer.exe then it's 64 bit.

This only applies to systems that are 64 bit itself.

You need to run 32 bit wmp for that feature to work.
