Windows 7: How to make 32KB at the beginning of the disk for TrueCrypt?

How to make 32KB at the beginning of the disk for TrueCrypt?

I have a GPT Disk, which starts with a 200 MB GPT Protective Partition.
It says that TrueCrypt needs 32KB at the beginning of the disk.
Does it mean another partition or an empty space in the beginning of the first partition?
Is it possible to empty the first 32 KB of GPT Protective Partition?
Would it be possible on an MBR Disk?
Does it need 32KB for each OS on the computer or just one is enough?

Thank you.
