Not without cloning the OS< and even then you'll be spending more time than a clean install. A new computer means a new start..giving you the chance to install updated versions of apps and drivers. If you prep ahead of time, it won't take you too long.

I have zero faith in letting a program decide what's important to me and what's not. If it really takes you all day...consider simplifying your setup. On top of that, how often to you reinstall? Wouldn't you want to have the computer running at peak efficiency from the start?

You'll be thankful you spent the time early on to have it set up properly. Some good, chilled adult beverages always help as well.
