direct folders great utility, has anyone installed?

has anyone installed direct folders on win 7 Direct Folders - quick access to your favorite folders

I like the shorcuts for folders in win7, but I REALLY love this little utility. Problem is every time I download it now nod32 quarantines it.

download.com says it's spyware free here:

Direct Folders - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com

but the comments say it registers as malware. Anyone have an opinion if it's spyware free? thanks
