    Software Installation Problem


    Am unable to re-install AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 in my computer after a virus attack. This is an extract of the installation log file; Please help.

    Hello josengatia and welcome to Seven Forums.

    It's possible that damaged or corrupt pieces of AutoCAD remain on your system. I found this Support article on how to completely remove AutoCAD before attempting a re-install. Also note that you must disable and "end task" any anti-virus software:

    Important! It is important that you not only disable the anti-virus software but also use the End Task feature to end the anti-virus software.
