Edit- Probably not a good idea to be sharing your serial key like that
No worries there, the disc has a serial number so the activation key has little use unless you have the physical disc.

Sounds good, just didn't want you to try installing it and seeing it was already activated 1,000 times
But I wonder, is everyone that has this working on the RTM build of Win 7? All the posts I have found on the net where peeps are saying its working are from the beta/RC builds. I wonder if that has something to do with it..

    Hi

I have PowerDVD 7 working on my system but if you upgrade to Windows 7 rather than carry out a clean install, you need to uninstall PowerDVD afterwards, reboot and then re-install.

I've been using PowerDVD 7 to watch BD disks for 2-3 weeks now with no problems:), apart from the registration window won't go away.

I also found that I had to do the same with Virtual Clone Drive.

Thanks for the heads up, glad to hear its working for you even tho it made me hate you a little
But I think I may have found some info on what might be causing my Powerdvd patch from failing to install. Check this out

lol - Looks like it might be a 64 bit bug only. Is anyone having problems with a 32 bit setup?

    UK,
Question? Are you ripping blu ray vids to the hard drive?
If so, what are you using?

    Hi Adrian

Yes, I use Slysoft AnyDVD to rip, then I create an ISO with Imageburn and mount with Slysoft Virtual Clone Drive.

Uk, have ANydvd just rip an image. It will save you the extra step. After settings, just copy the BD to an image.

    Hi Adrian

I've tried that but don't get a 100% success rate. Although no errors are reported, the movie sometimes hangs. If, on the other hand, I split into three tasks, I don't have that issue.

    Have you noticed this problem?
