    Hi eirini13

First thing to try is right click on the shortcut or .EXE file and select run as administrator.

If the software works under Administrator rights you have a permissions problem - I have seen similar issues with other Adobe software.

You will need to discover what file or folder is causing the issue although the easiest solution is to Take ownership of the Adobe folder in program files and then add full controls for your user name to the folder permissions.

This can also happen with the adobe folder in the c:\Users .... Roaming....adobe

These glitches are not always present but sometimes a bad install can happen

Under Windows 7 the program files directory has extra protection, to prevent accidental deletions and changes that may effect the system.

To get past this, As an admin user right click on the sub-folder that contains your files (C:\program Files\Adobe ??), and right click and select properties, in the dialogue box select security then advanced

Select the Owner tab and then click edit, Select your user name from the list presented and press ok to action - you should get a message stating you have taken ownership.

Back in the Advanced box - on the permissions tab if your username is visible double click this and click on full permissions and ok out of the dialogue if your name is not visible select change permissions and add your username to the list and set the full control permission

This should now allow you to run the program
