    Hi guys

    My question is how can i change my windows language to english

    my Version is windows home basic 64bit

    umm actually that's not helpful
    i did that and didn't work

    i think what i'm trying to change is Display Language

    Hello renad,
    To change the language in Windows 7, type 'language' in the search bar of the start menu and then you'll get a control panel link 'Region and language'. Click that and you'll get a dialog box which allows you to change the date and time formats and also the system language.

    That's basically the tutorial that I linked to. And apparently it didn't work.

    but i dont think anyone understand me

    what i want to change is in Region and Language the third Option up Keyboard and Languages
    the Display Language

    it's show just my language their's no other languages

    i hope you get the point

    So you're having problem installing new language packs after clicking 'Change Display Language' within the Keyboards and Languages tab?

    If it's doing to you what it's doing to me, then it's opening Windows Update but telling you that there's no new updates.

    If this is because you've previously hidden them, you can Restore Hidden Updates in the left hand side of the Windows Update window.
