Windows 8 Professional 64 bit (Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit as a Virtual Machine).

Hello renad,
To change the language in Windows 7, type 'language' in the search bar of the start menu and then you'll get a control panel link 'Region and language'. Click that and you'll get a dialog box which allows you to change the date and time formats and also the system language.
I hope this helps you....
Th attachments show some screenshots. Download them if you want to.

So you're having problem installing new language packs after clicking 'Change Display Language' within the Keyboards and Languages tab?

If it's doing to you what it's doing to me, then it's opening Windows Update but telling you that there's no new updates.

If this is because you've previously hidden them, you can Restore Hidden Updates in the left hand side of the Windows Update window.
