Burning bootable *.dmg disc under Windows 7? Poweriso the only?

Guys I just need a sanity check since it has been a long time from last effort at making bootable Mac disc using windows.
Is PowerISO the only viable package for doing this? I need to burn a threesome of os x 10.3 Panther for an upgrade to an oldie

    thx for tips

that seems about the size of it, unless you have access to a mac where you can just change it to iso.

no I need to keep it .dmg - must boot the old G3-400 imac from it via its embedded CD drive - very touchy.

thanks. I had about the same result via google.... poweriso has this one cornered, oddly enough [the others that get mentioned have a tendency to not work ]
