Bonjour

J'ai voulu mettre a jour WINPATROL 25.6.2012,j'ai un msg:
system configuration failed,
la version precedente installee a ete effacee et je n'ai pas de Sauvegarde suffisamment ancienne

Tune up qui me dit que Winpatrol ne peut etre demarrer car il n'exite plus
l'affichage de l'erreur m'indique:
C:\Program Files (x86)\BillP Studios\WinPatrol\winpatrol.exe -expressboot

je peut afficher l'entree du registre corespondante
Mais IMPOSSIBLE de la supprimer car :

ACCES REFUSE(5)

j'ai egalemnt UPH qui refuse de s'installer en disant:
pbm detecte dans ce package,un pgm lance en installation ne s'est pas termine normalement

Je suis en mode administrateur avec UAC disabled

Comment l'effacer
