Any software for converting downloaded movies into DVDplayer format.

I badly need a software to convert the movies I download from torrent into a format which can run on my samsung DVd player or my samsung LCD tv.
I don't need one which also burns movies onto Dvd,rather a simple, less time taking software.I want to put those movies in my USB.
I've tried dvd flick, aimer dvd creator, divx to dvd,dvd styler but it didn't help.

    Hello,

There are many software's that would be available online through which you can convert movies in DVD format one of them is Free Video to DVD Converter.

I use one called HandBrake. It will do many conversions although it's not a speed demon but has produced excellent results. It can also remove extra languages and subtitles too.
I recently use it to remove those from a 2.5GB mkv movie and it took 45 minutes.

Select that format that would be supported by your TV, check with the LCD TV manual
