Wake on pattern match setting randomly wakes motherboard

Hi,

If I have Wake on Pattern Match enabled on my Intel Ethernet controller on my X79 Sabertooth, the board will randomly wake itself, sometimes only after a few minutes after putting it to sleep, sometimes after quite some time. I have not actively gone out my way to set anything to wake the computer via pattern match, other than turning it off, is there anyway of finding out whats causing the wake pattern and how to prevent if from doing so, whilst still enabling the pattern match option? I really now very little about this feature.
