Windows 7: Looking for phrase prediction software for >= windows 7

I've used a variety of software for text prediction, including the excellent Phrase Express, but haven't found anything yet that sort of automatically sees the words and phrases you type and learns them. You can easily find word prediction, but it's harder to find that it automatically learns new words you type, then even harder for something to learn phrase prediction.
