Windows Live Movie Maker Messing Up.
I'm trying to get a video to run 32x as quickly as it does normally. The issue is that when I change it, instead of running 32x faster, instead it calculates the time it would be at 32x speed and then cuts the rest of the video off. Anything I'm doing?
