| Windows 7 Pro x64 28 posts | Periodic System Stuttering (Help narrowing causes down) Hello All, Periodically, with no rhyme or reason my system "stutters", but that I mean it'll 'hang' for a second or two at a time, but there'll be no noticeable spike in CPU usage or in memory that I can see. I've run all the normal diagnostic tests, upgraded all my firmware, and did a fresh install of windows. I realize this could be literally a million things, but i'm curious about what's the best way to start narrowing that down. |

| Windows 8; Windows 7 x86 (Dec2008-Jan2013) 929 posts | Please use my advice from this post. Note the time of such "hung", then check if there are any records in any sections for that particular time. |
