Portable offline HTML to PDF/XPS converter for XP and 7
My local library blocks access to the most common online HTML-to-PDF creator websites. I don't think it's intentional, just a result of over-zealous security measures. All the machines run Windows XP and Internet Explorer (not sure which version).
So, I'm trying to find some way of printing off webpages to PDF or XPS (preferably PDF) that doesn't require web access and can be run from a USB pen drive. Anything that requires installation on the host computer isn't going to work; it has to be completely standalone.
I had a look at NitroReader but can't determine from its webpage and support articles whether it'll meet my needs.
Any suggestions as to appropriate software?
