how to make Windows Live Messenger not always on top

    how to make Windows Live Messenger not always on top


    i can't find a option to enable or disable this but my Live Messenger is always on top. Anybody know how to fix this?

    If you click on your name in the upper right, you'll get a dropdown menu, you can then select "Show menu bar",

    From the menu bar, click on tools, always on top, uncheck always on top.

    Thanks from me Derek will keep that one in mind myself - not used to Outlook myself so wasn't sure of what on top meant:)

    You're welcome John, it's actually the live messenger instant messaging software.

    The always on top is just the window that opens, some people like it to be on top of other windows, some don't. :)
