Windows 7: Adobe Photoshop : Save Multiple file TYPES at ONCE??

I was wondering if there was a way to "save" multiple file types in a single click.

EX. this is what I do now...



1 - save as... ".PSD" (select folder > name file > OK)

2 - Save as... ".PNG" (select folder> check none interlace > OK)

3 - Save as... ".JPG" (select folder > image options> set image size large > OK)

I don't use Pixar, Targa, Dicom etc.

It would be such a time saver if I could click

1 - save as... "PSD, PNG, JPG" (select folder > name file > OK)

then BOOM...3 copies in the selected folder...

...........................

this possible? or no?
