Windows 7: Javaw.exe error not working details below

Alright so none of my java apps have been working lately and it always gives me this error:

Since I don't really know anything about java i have no idea what to do and hope a user can help me with this problem, I've also provided a picture. And another thing I don't know if it's normal but when I run java.exe or javaw.exe it opens cmd.exe and becomes unresponsive also when I try opening Java Menu from the control panel it just freezes.
