Ive made the move now and everything is working ok, but when i trialed the move i had looked on the help of MS office and a webpage come up with what to do>
That was to find default location, i think is C/users/docs/ outlook, so i copied this to a new location and then changed default to the new location. Restarted office and when send/receive came error probably due to email accounts not being configured.
