Is it not working or do you want something new?

You could try installing it in Compatibility Mode

No to be honest I would prefer to use another software. I need something to enable me to take images from crafting cd's and manipulate them prior to printing them. Thanks

Online Photo Greeting Cards: Printable, E-Cards Personalized works with Windows 7. You can upload your own photos to Flickr, and use them too.
