You can go to Start > All Programs and look for Photoshop. Right-click and see if it offers its own uninstall option. Second choice is Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features. Click to highlight Photoshop and then uninstall. Third choice is to use some other software like Revo Uninstaller Pro (forced uninstall option) to remove Photoshop. The Revo download is fully functional with a 30 day free trial period. But then you'll have to uninstall Revo when you're finished.
