    Has anyone tried Unlocker?

I have used this useful freebie for many years but I have installed it twice on my 7 (64) system and the Unlocker icon just does not appear on the Explorer context menu as it used to under XP. The download was labelled 64-bit yet it does not seem to install correctly. Can anyone help?

Do you have a link for the program? I'll give it a shot on a 64 bit windows 7.

OK I installed in on 32 bit windows and the Unlock appeared in my context menu, installed it on a fully up-to-date Windows 7 Enterprse SP1 and nothing at all. The program is not working on 64 bit.

More digging, there is a separate download for the 64 bit version http://www.emptyloop.com/unlocker/download64.php
    That works!!!

Yes, I have had it for many years, and since x64 support was added in version v1.9.0. You can also try Lock Hunter, and/or Iobit Unlocker
