Can I install Windows Live Essentials without Shader Model 2?

I have a very old System dating back from 2004. Its motherboard is quite old but is still working perfect. I only have 92 MB of Video RAM and it doesn't have AGP Texture support and no Pixel Shader. Can I run Windows Live Essentials or at least Windows Live Movie Maker?

Its a very good motherboard. I mean I can't let a piece of hardware that good go to waste. Its like throwing away a pack of Nutella. Anyways thanks for the help I guess I'm sticking with Windows Movie Maker 2
