Windows 7: Free ToDo or Reminder that uses Task Scheduler ??

Free ToDo or Reminder that uses Task Scheduler ??

Windows Calendar can use the Task Scheduler so that the Calendar program itself doesn't have to be running for the reminder/appointment notice to work.

Unfortunately it seems like the file keeps getting corrupted.

Anyone know of a free similar tool that's easy to use? Like I click a day in the Calendar and set the time details, save. Then Windows Task Scheduler takes care of the rest.

I hate loading WinCal since most days I don't have any reminders entered.

edit: seems I got it working again. Only time will tell.
